So, you've made it to level 80 but you have a
puny AA count? Or you're just tired of grinding exp and want
to do something different for a while to get a little extra experience? Or
maybe you're like me and have to get every last discovery?
Well, you've come to right place. The
problem with discoveries is that there's no easy way to find them
ingame. Most of the time you stumble on them by accident, and
while you'll find most of them through normal adventuring, how do
you know you got all them all? Besides, not all discoveries
give experience, so what's a person to do? Well, fear not,
because I've compiled the locations of
discoveries for you, along with maps that show their general areas.
Discoveries can extend over a very large area,
such as the Swamp of No Hope in Fens of Nathsar. The locations
I list are not the only ones that will give discovery, but I've
tried to list ones that are easy to get to and which form a natural
progression through the zone. If you have griffon or sokokar
abilities, that will make traveling easier, but otherwise I've tried
to stay close to roads for those who are traveling through zones
that aren't grey to them.
I personally confirm as many of the locations
that I can. Some, like the City of
Mist in Kunzar Jungle, can only be reached with a group, so I used
information that I obtained from the web.
